Here is the wine dinner menu for the Zin Din: California's Red Zin scheduled for Friday, June 13, 2008. An appropriate wine from the featured region or vineyard is matched with each course. In some cases, the wines are used in the preparation of the items served for the dinner.
Wine dinners begin with a cocktail hour at 7pm, followed by dinner starting at 7:30. This event will be a bit different and fun as we are hoping the wine representatives will keep the bottles blinded until they are revealed with the courses.
Sparkling Cava will also be served during the cocktail and hors d'oeuvres hour.
